Jim Beaver will not be running for the SCORE Trophy Truck Points Championship or Best in the Desert Trick Truck Points Championship in 2004. He will be running select events in both series in 2004, including the SCORE Tecate Baja 1000.

He will resume running for the championship in 2005 in his brand new #15 Ford F-150 Trophy Truck.
