Trent Beaver Driver Biography
Trent Beaver grew up in Parker, Arizona; a small town with a deep history in racing on both land and water. As many racers have said, "racing is in their blood," Trent is no different; his family has been involved in different types of racing for nearly a century. Trent’s great grandfather was a well-known horse racer, while Trent’s grandfather, Marion, was a multi-time national hydroplane boat racing champion and has been placed on the APBA Honor Squadron, which is the highest honor given to boat racers. Trent’s father Dan, is a 28-year veteran of class 8 off-road racing. He also had the opportunity to team with legendary racers Bill Stroppe and Mickey Thompson as a co-rider and pre-running partner for a few years during his career. Trent’s older brother Jim Beaver has become a recognized name in off-road racing as well, and is now campaigning the #15 Trophy Truck in the premier division of off-road racing. As a young kid, Trent was always interested in sports, however his real passion has always been motorsports. This passion for motorsports was energized through the wealth of knowledge Trent gained from his father and also from the great racing legend, Manny Esquerra, who was inducted into the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame in August of 2008.
Through the knowledge Trent has gained from generation after generation of family members involved in racing, and being able to receive great insights from past and future hall of fame racing greats, Trent’s future in motorsports has a bright outlook. Although Trent has only been behind the wheel driving since early 2007, he has already become a well-known name in the off-road industry.
At just 21 years of age, Trent has already competed against some of the best in off-road and proved to be a worthy contender. It took Trent just 3 races to pick up his first class win and now Trent is looking to keep his horizons open. In addition Trent plans to get some driving time in rally type racing events while continuing to compete at the highest levels desert racing has to offer. With his passion for racing and his never-give-up attitude, Trent Beaver will be a name to look for, now and in the future in whatever form of motorsports he chooses to race.
